These new infections were recorded from: Region One (22 cases); Region Two (64 cases); Region Three (166 cases); Region Four (613 cases); Region Five (65 cases); Region Six (110 cases); Region Seven (eight cases); Region Eight (one case); Region Nine (five cases) and Region 10 (33 cases).
There are also 18 patients receiving critical care in the COVID-19 Intensive Care Unit (ICU), 181 people are in institutional isolation, 11 people are in institutional quarantine and 11,887 people are in home isolation.
Importantly, a total of 39,991 people have recovered after they were infected with the disease.
